Question: how did the big bang happen?

We believe the Big Bang happened when a very big old star died, then it began to collapse due to a huge gravitational pull, this is called a black hole which sucks in all materials around it even light cant escape from it! eventually, there was a tipping point as it became full and it exploded! Billions of year later the materials which exploded from the big bang formed our planets
